Platform Usage Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Platform Usage Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) govern the relationship between the Operator and the User arising from the use of the Website and Platform of [Website Name] (hereinafter — the Platform).

1.2. Use of the Platform constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

1.3. The Rules have been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law «On Consumer Protection», and the Law «On Education».

2. Registration and Personal Account

2.1. To access the full functionality of the Platform, the User must complete the registration procedure.

2.2. Registration is carried out by filling out the registration form on the Website with accurate personal data.

2.3. During registration, the User creates a login (email address) and password for accessing the Personal Account.

2.4. The User is responsible for the security of their registration data (login and password). All actions performed from the Personal Account are deemed to have been performed by the User.

2.5. The User must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to the Personal Account.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. The User has the right to:

  • use the Platform and all its functions in accordance with the Rules;
  • access purchased online courses and educational materials;
  • contact the support service regarding issues related to the use of the Platform;
  • leave reviews and ratings for courses (in the established manner).

3.2. The User must:

  • provide accurate information during registration and update it in a timely manner;
  • comply with the terms of the public offer when purchasing courses;
  • not infringe the copyright and related rights of the Operator and third parties;
  • not use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, inaccurate or offensive information;
  • not take actions aimed at destabilizing the Platform’s operation;
  • not transfer access to the Personal Account to third parties.

4. Operator Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Operator has the right to:

  • change the functionality of the Platform, interface, and Website content;
  • suspend or restrict access to the Platform for technical maintenance;
  • block the User’s Personal Account in case of violation of these Rules;
  • amend these Rules with prior notice to Users.

4.2. The Operator must:

  • ensure round-the-clock access to the Platform, except during technical maintenance;
  • ensure the security of Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • provide the User with full access to purchased courses;
  • provide technical support to Users.

5. Platform Behavior Rules

5.1. When using the Platform, the User is prohibited from:

  • posting materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • posting offensive, defamatory, or discrediting statements;
  • using profanity;
  • publishing advertisements without coordination with the Operator;
  • impersonating another person or representative of the Operator;
  • copying, distributing, or using educational materials of the Platform for commercial purposes without the Operator’s permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials posted on the Platform (texts, videos, audio, images, source code, design) are objects of intellectual property of the Operator or third parties and are protected by law.

6.2. The User is granted the right to use Platform materials exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes within the scope of access to purchased courses.

6.3. Copying, distributing, modifying, or publicly reproducing Platform materials without the Operator’s written permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

7.1. The User is liable for violation of these Rules in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. The Operator is not liable for:

  • losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Platform, except as provided by law;
  • actions of third parties related to unauthorized access to the User’s Personal Account;
  • the content and accuracy of information posted by Users;
  • temporary interruptions in the Platform’s operation due to technical maintenance or force majeure circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Platform is provided «as is.» The Operator does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without errors or interruptions.

8.2. The Operator does not guarantee that the User will achieve any results in the learning process.

10. Changes to the Rules

10.1. The Operator has the right to amend these Rules. The new edition of the Rules enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Website.

10.2. The User is obligated to independently monitor changes to the Rules.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules enter into force from the moment of their posting on the Website.

11.2. For all issues not regulated by these Rules, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.3. All disputes are subject to resolution in court at the location of the Operator.
